1. The service
We provide AI tools for creating comics, short dramas, video, images, audio, and digital avatars. Available features, model capabilities, output quality, availability, and pricing are as shown on the product pages.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may adjust account rules for security, compliance, or operational reasons.
3. Acceptable use
You may not upload, input, generate, or distribute content that is illegal, infringing, fraudulent, violent, sexually explicit, or otherwise harmful, or that violates others’ rights. You are responsible for having the legal right to use the assets, prompts, and outputs you create.
4. AI generation and third-party providers
To generate content, your assets, prompts, and parameters may be processed by third-party AI and infrastructure providers. We select providers reasonably and apply necessary safeguards.
5. Likeness, voice, and consent
Before generating with real people’s photos, video, voice, or other identifying material, you must confirm you have the rightsholder’s consent and use it only for lawful purposes.
6. Your content and service improvement
You retain your rights in the assets you upload and the outputs you generate. To operate, maintain, and improve the service (including improving generation quality and our AI models), you grant us a non-exclusive license to store, process, and analyze your uploaded assets, prompts, generation parameters, and outputs as needed. Before using content to improve models, we apply de-identification where feasible. You may opt out of the use of your content for model improvement at any time by emailing support@flickverseaiworld.com; opting out does not affect your use of the service.
7. Minors
The service is intended for users 18 and older. Minors may use it only with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.
8. Disclaimer and liability
AI output may be inaccurate, unstable, or not as expected. You are responsible for judging the suitability, legality, and publication risk of generated content. The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law.
