This Acceptable Use Policy governs what you may create, upload, and generate on Flick Verse AI. It applies to all users and to all AI-generated and user-uploaded content. Violations may result in content removal, feature limits, or account termination.
2. Prohibited content
You may not create, upload, or distribute content that: infringes intellectual-property or privacy rights; sexually exploits, endangers, or depicts minors in any way (zero tolerance — such content is reported to authorities); depicts non-consensual sexual content; is used to defame, harass, threaten, or bully; promotes illegal activity, violence, terrorism, or self-harm; or violates any applicable law.
3. Real people, likeness, and deepfakes
Do not generate or upload realistic depictions, voices, or "deepfakes" of real, identifiable people (including public figures) without their consent, and never for deceptive, defamatory, sexual, political-manipulation, or fraudulent purposes. You are responsible for holding the rights and consents needed for any real-person likeness or voice you use.
4. AI content and disclosure
Content on this platform may be AI-generated. Do not present AI-generated media as authentic real events, and do not remove or circumvent provenance or compliance labels where they are required. You are responsible for how you publish and label content you export.
5. Platform integrity
Do not upload malware; attempt to breach, probe, or overload the service; scrape at scale; resell access; or bypass usage, billing, or moderation controls.
6. Enforcement and reporting
