1. Information we collect
To provide accounts, creation tools, payments, asset management, and generation, we may collect account details, project content, uploaded assets, prompts, generation parameters, outputs, usage records, and device and log information.
2. How we use information
We use this information for authentication and security, processing generation jobs, asset and project management, billing, service improvement, troubleshooting, compliance auditing, and user support. We do not sell your personal information. Subject to de-identification measures, we may also use your content to improve service quality and our AI models; you can opt out as described in Section 5.
3. Third-party AI providers
To generate images, video, audio, and avatars, your assets, prompts, and related parameters may be sent to third-party AI and infrastructure providers for processing. Those providers handle the data under their own terms and data-processing requirements.
4. Data retention and security
We retain data for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, and apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it. No internet transmission or storage is perfectly secure.
5. Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent. California residents may request disclosure of, and deletion of, personal information and may opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (we do not sell it). To exercise these rights, contact support@flickverseaiworld.com; we will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law. You may also opt out of the use of your content for model improvement by emailing support@flickverseaiworld.com.
6. International transfers
We may process and store data in countries other than yours. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
7. Children
The service is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a minor has used the service without consent, contact us and we will address it.
